Inserting rows

Often you'll need to add additional rows to a table. This can be done very easily in the Word Processor.

New rows that get added will inherit the settings of the previous row including width and background colour. Also, you don't need to enter (or modify) the height of a table. As new rows are added, the table height grows automatically.

  • Click on the table to select it and place your cursor in a cell that you want the new row to appear before or after
  • Right click on your mouse to display the drop down Edit menu and select
Row > Insert Row Before or Row > Insert Row After
